Terms & Conditions — EGM8

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and EGM8 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). This Agreement governs all use of the EGM8 website accessible at egm8.cam and all associated services including, but not limited to, sports betting, online casino, live dealer games, slot games, promotional programmes, and customer support interactions.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the EGM8 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the EGM8 platform and close your account.

EGM8 operates under international online gaming licensing. This platform is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority. Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling activities under applicable local laws before using this platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the EGM8 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a legal entity, trust, or corporate body.
• You are aged 21 years or older. EGM8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. Age verification documents will be required.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an EGM8 employee, officer, director, or partner organisation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the EGM8 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• Your participation in online gambling activities is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. You accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your access.

To access the full functionality of the EGM8 Platform, each User must complete the registration process and submit to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. The following requirements apply:

Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their EGM8 Account. EGM8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify EGM8 support immediately at [email protected].

EGM8 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks at any time, including requests for updated identity documentation. Accounts that have been dormant for a period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review, during which the Operator may contact the User via registered email to confirm continued use. Real money balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without prior notice.

All transactions on the EGM8 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). EGM8 does not apply currency conversion fees and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• EGM8 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which EGM8 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods will be reversed and may be reported to relevant authorities. All associated accounts will be permanently suspended.
• EGM8 reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gambling obligations.

EGM8 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions and timelines:

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits offered by EGM8 are subject to individual promotional terms that apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that specific offer.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are displayed distinctly in the account dashboard.
• Wagering requirements must be met using eligible game categories as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain games — including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, and some progressive jackpot titles — may contribute less than 100% to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• EGM8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or void bonus winnings if there is evidence of abuse, arbitrage betting, or pattern wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with their specific terms.
• The Birthday Bonus and Referral Programme bonuses are subject to their own separate conditions as published on the EGM8 promotions pages at the time of eligibility.

EGM8 provides access to a range of gaming products including online slots, live dealer casino games, table games, sports betting, and fishing games. The following rules apply across all EGM8 gaming products:

• All EGM8 games utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are accurate at the time of publication.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by EGM8's sportsbook operators. All bets are accepted at EGM8's discretion, and maximum stake limits apply per market.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistakes — EGM8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has concluded as confirmed by the live dealer croupier.
• EGM8 reserves the right to suspend any game, market, or product for maintenance, technical reasons, or regulatory compliance at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EGM8 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple EGM8 accounts, whether directly or through nominees or third parties.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform other than through legitimate user interface interaction.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any transaction designed to conceal the source of funds.
• Collusion with other players or casino employees to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or security vulnerabilities — any suspected vulnerability must be reported to EGM8 immediately rather than exploited.
• Transferring account balances or bonuses to other users.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Any conduct that EGM8 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

All content on the EGM8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, database structures, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of EGM8 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the EGM8 Platform without prior written authorisation from EGM8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EGM8, its parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Damages arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service therein.
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Damages attributable to third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, or internet service disruptions beyond EGM8's reasonable control.

EGM8's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their EGM8 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EGM8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory direction, court order, or other binding legal requirement.
• Identification of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Your voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons attributable to verified user breach, EGM8 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances held on a legitimately closed account will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting EGM8 Support. Responsible gambling self-exclusion requests will be honoured immediately and are not reversible within the selected exclusion period.

EGM8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its services. EGM8 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement and provides all registered Users with access to a full suite of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

EGM8 reserves the right to initiate a responsible gambling intervention, including temporary account restrictions, for any account that displays patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the User has requested such intervention.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which EGM8 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the User and EGM8 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit EGM8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

Users from Malaysia acknowledge that EGM8 is not regulated by any Malaysian authority and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform is consistent with applicable Malaysian law.
